THE LAZY PERSONS HEALTHY BREAKFAST
This is really for the lazy people out there, or those that never have the time to make breakfast in the morning.
Overnight oats are simple and quick to make, and you prepare them the previous day, let it sit in your fridge overnight and ta-da! Breakfast is waiting for you in the morning!
The best part is, it really doesn’t take a lot of effort, it’s healthy to beat and you can get creative with the ingredients you use. All you really need is a mason jar or airtight container.
Here are some simple ones to get you started on the overnight oats bandwagon.
Whisk all together and spoon into the container of your choice.
STRAWBERRY & CHIA
Mix all together and place it into the container of your choice. Prior to serving the next morning, drizzle some honey and add extra strawberries if you’d like.
FLAX SEED & BLUEBERRIES
I’m pretty sure you get the jist of the process. Combine all in an airtight container of your choice and refrigerate overnight. Prior to serving, add additional topping(s) of your choice (nuts, more berries, or honey).
BANANA & CHOCOLATE CHIP
You guys know what to do. Mix, let sit, and eat the next day.
